• Advertising Measurement: We advertise PerksWallet on platforms such as TikTok and Vibe (streaming TV). When you install a game through PerksWallet, we may tell the platform that brought you to us that an install happened. We do this only to assess the quality of our own advertising, meaning which ads actually bring people who go on to play, so we can stop paying for ads that do not work. We are not paid for this information and do not provide it so that it can be sold. For TikTok, this applies only if you arrived by clicking a TikTok ad, and we send the TikTok click identifier, a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address, your IP address and browser information. For Vibe, this applies only if we have no other record of how you found us, and we send your IP address, which Vibe uses to match the install to a household that was shown a TV ad. We do not send these platforms the amounts you earn or any other information about your account. Although our purpose is only to measure our ads, some state privacy laws may treat this as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, so you can opt out as described in Section 6.

To exercise rights, contact us below. We'll verify via matching data or ID, respond within 45 days (extendable), and confirm actions. Agents need authorization. Deletion may impact Service access. For targeted ads, opt out via industry tools like Digital Advertising Alliance.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to track interactions, personalize content, and enable ads. These help analyze usage and recognize devices across sessions. Third parties may set cookies for interest-based advertising.

You can manage cookies via browser settings, but disabling may limit functionality. We use tools like Google Analytics. Opt out of personalized ads through network opt-outs; we do not respond to general Do Not Track signals except as required by law.
